Peanutty Baby Pork Ribs
Written and submitted by Renata Stanko The peanut sauce gives the ribs a great lip-smacking factor. The recipe is easy to do and has some key ingredients like peanut butter, coconut milk, and ginger, which makes the ribs out-of-the-ordinary and very tasty. You’ll Need Rub Sauce Garnish
2. Combine all the ingredients for the rub. Sprinkle it on ribs and massage into meat. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 3. Prepare grill for indirect cooking. 4. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce. 5. When ready to grill, pat ribs with paper towels and place on rack. Cook until tender, 1 1/2 to 2 hours. During the last 30-40 minutes, baste ribs with peanut sauce periodically. 6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve. Serves 6-8 |
