I live in an apartment complex, so I cook on my little patio that looks onto the common courtyard. My neighbors sure do come knocking when they smell that smoke at 7:00 a.m.. But I sure do get funny looks when I'm standing there with my "Danger, Men Cooking" apron on (from my wife) snapping photos of my grill. I even do it when my guests are over, and they are baffled that I'm photographing my food. They just think I'm a fanatic. But they're right.

My wife used to laugh at me and make fun ... but now she expects (and almost respects) it. Very Happy She's even reminded me a time or two. Laughing

I get the eye roll when taking pics of the food.

My friends and family are now trained. I used to get weird looks, now people help arrange the food and try to assist. Probably so they can eat sooner

Last summer I didn't take pictures of my meat on the table one Sunday and was not planning to. I told everyone to go ahead and start eating while I ran back out to the grill. I came back in and my sister-in-law had actually told everyone to wait because I hadn't taken pictures yet.
