I was needing to cook something fairly fast last night, since my buddies and I were meeting up to scout out our new hunting properties. After seeing Eddie's calzone post, that put me in the mood for those. I texted my wife and asked if "meat lovers' calzones" sounded good to her, and she said that she couldn't wait.

These were stuffed with a seasoned Ricotta mixture, Mozzarella, Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, and Ham...

Now I'm about to go eat some leftover calzone for breakfast.

That would make the difference.....Should've used mine ;) Instead of a good ol' butter knife!
