Another Buffalo Chicken Za! (lots of pix)

The wife whipped up the pizza....all I did was grill it up....She started with a little Buffalo Wing Sauce and Sour Cream for a base....then some Mozzarella, Sauced-up Chicken, Blue Cheese and More Mozzarella!



.....and MORE mozzarella!



........and EVEN MORE mozzarella!!!

Your killing me with that pizza, looks incredible. I just had pizza last night and now I want more. That buffalo mixed with sour cream sounds like an excellent idea. I have to try that.

Looks really good! Perfect combination of ingredients, too - no "add-ons" that normally wouldn't be associated with Buffalo wings.

Dang you for making me hungry this early in the morning! I need to invite myself over for some pizza again!

Blue cheese is in there but no celery.
Celery and blue cheese dip would be a great side "salad" to go with.

Looks incredible! I am doing my first pizza on the egg tonight. Hope it comes out as good as that.

We have s couple of pizza joints in town that have buffalo chicken pizza. Most of the recipes for the sauce that I've seen online call for ranch dressing mixed with hot sauce and I just couldn't imagine it havign the same flavor. However, your wing sauce and sour cream sauce was just the ticket! Made one up over the weekend to give it a try - success! Sorry, no pics...

Glad you liked it, Steve! I found it by a fluke. I improvised on Griffin's method with the ranch dressing, since I didn't have any in the house. Figured sour cream would be a good alternative. Pretty good stuff.

I´m grilling pizza tonight and one of them will be buffalo wing pizza thanks to this post. Hopefully it turns out.....I´ve used a commercial buffalo wing rub on some chicken tenderloins and I´m going to grill them ahead of time. I don´t think I´ll be using as much mozzarella though...
