Superbowl Smorgasbord!

Hope everyone's Superbowl day is going good! The wife and i decided to do a big menu of good stuff today. Started the day off with smoked wings and homemade salsa! Followed a 30-20-10 method for the wings. This method proved to work great. First, 30 minutes indirect heat at 375. i then flipped, did 20 minutes indirect at 375. Then tossed them in sauce and did 10 minutes indirect at 375 and they came out wonderful!

I did 2 different kinds, i did a bunch with sweet baby rays honey chipotle sauce which were rubbed with Penzys galena street rub.

I then did a bunch sriracha honey style. which i rubbed with simple salt and pepper, then made a sauce of sriracha, honey, garlic and butter!

These were probably some of the best wings i have ever made and eaten, they turned out great.

Next up on the menus is brisket chili with leftover brisket from last weeks smoke!

Great looking wings! Mine turned out OK - SBR's Hickory & Brown Sugar were really good. Was disappointed in the Cherry Habanero - looking for a good level of heat but the Cherry Habanero jam was just to dang sweet.

Boy do those wings look good.
