Decided to grill up some ribs last night on my new CG Duo. I haven't installed my SFB yet, so I just grilled them indirectly at 250 degrees for a little better than 4 hours with hickory chips. Used the "magic dust" bbq rub, a mop consisting of apple cider vinegar, clover honey, Franks hot sauce and also a little bit of the "magic dust" inside the mop. Turned out great!
