This is what’s cooking in my smoker right now:
-Green, Yellow, and red peppers stuffed with a mixture of potatoes, cabbage, onions, bacon, and spices. The peppers are also topped with strips of bacon.
- Jalapenos stuffed with Jack cheese, Salami (thanks for the idea Bob), and mozzarella cheese. The Jalapenos were wrapped in bacon and topped with a piece of Brats.
- Zucchini halves each filled with a link of Brats (without the casing). The zucchinis will be topped with tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese later.
- Roma tomatoes stuffed with a mixture of ground beef (cooked), onions, fresh basil, and pine nuts (pignolais). The tomatoes were topped with a slice of fresh mozzarella cheese.
And of course, few links of Brats, I can’t wait to eat.
