Heres our easter Dinner, Pork Tenderloin stuffed with Spinach, goat cheese, Texasbbqrub and "bears garlic", then wrapped with bacon and smoked til 145 internal.
Then i wrapped it in blanched savoy cabbage, put puff pastry all around it
and baked it till the pastry was done.
Mighty good eats.
I´m cooking a 6,5 pound pork butt on the side, too. It´s gonna cook all night and will hopefully be finished by noon tomorrow.
