coffee crusted pork tenderloin!

You simply MUST try this recipe from BBQ USA! Sick of the same old terryaki or honey mustard tenderloin?? blech!

I made this tenderloin (with the accompanying coffee bbq sauce) for my wife and father and everyone raved about it. My wife said, and I'd agree, that this was the best tenderloin we'd ever had. "that recipe alone was worth the price of the book".

Definitely a keeper!

I did this one a few nights ago and I'll agree with you. MMmm good. I've since put the leftover coffee rub on steaks and fish and they both turned out great. Definately a keeper.

Hmmmm, sounds to me like ya'll discovered Jake's Coffee/Cardemom Rub.... LoL. I ran across it in Steve's book Rubs, Sauces and Marinades. I have to admit that I was sceptical of it at first, but after my first pork loin done with that rub...... well, I'll let my waist do the talkin'. Welcome to the coffee rub club!!

I'm the same way hesitant to try it... But with the good reveiws i'll be giving it a go. Thank for the post

Been very wary of coffe rub, but I am going to try it now

I've tried it twice and will do it again and again and again. Well you get the picture. Sauce is great also.

I've used a coffee rub on beef, but hae never tried it on pork before. I'll give the recipe a try sometime soon.
