I vote you stuff them with crab imperial. Just like the stuffed lobster tail I had at Jerry D's Saloon on Sunday night.
Enjoy!

Yes I remember that episode and it does seem quite good and worthy of a go but for this time around I'll be "keepin it Maryland" so to speak. For my rub I think I'll go with a very light dusting of Old Bay, dats it. :D No need to get to fancy with these babies, their subtelities of flavor shine with subtle enhancements.

It's off to the store to pick up some softshells and backfin lump for me tonight! :D :D :D

You know I had never heard of crab fluff until I stopped by Crabby Cousins Saturday for some crab cakes. It's very good though. For those who aren't familiar with it. It is basically crab cake or crab imperial mixture dipped in batter and fried like a fried hard crab.
I rather enjoyed it.

Okay, so now you'll have either convinced the lurkers to join cause you're fun, or you'll convince them that you are, to the last man, insane.

Let's see which it is . . .

My wife is convinced I'm insane, but she eats everything I cook. Besides, insane isn't so bad once you get used to it.

Well. well, we seem to have broken 1000 topics!!

Now, let's get all of you lurkers, fringe people, deviants (OK, we've got enough of those already), guests and information gleaners to register.

1000 registered users by July 4th is the goal. We know you are out there!

Join in on the fun! Learn tasty stuff in the process.

Steven's books are chock full of clear and concise techniques as well as being absolute bargains to be sure, but with this web site the instant feedback and affirmations can be invaluable when trying something new and different.

Grand Scale- thanks for the Essence recipe. Mine seems to have disappeared, and the Food TV site took Emeril's spice recipes down after the guy decided to market them commercially (and for quite a high price, too!)..

They're still there, they're just inside his other recipes. That where I got it from when I posted it for you.
Otherwise I wouldn't. Like Steve's recipes we'd respect Emeril too, but once its on the net for public use its fair game.
But you're welcome, glad to help.
