Hi all, and join me in congratulating BBcue-Z on his appointment as a BBQ Deputy. We've all enjoyed his postings, and now he can boss us around, too.

Okay, kidding about that last part.

Congrats Z!

BBQ-Z,
First, congrats for the promotion. I've read alot of your advice, and it has all been good.
Second, about the flame rankings. When I first saw them, I thought of a steak. That's a good thing. The bad part is that I never want a well done steak. Maybe now that you have "the power", you can change the ranking system. Maybe by grilling know-how. Starting at hot dogs working to brisket.
Thanks and congrats again,
Dominic
