I myself am gettin' ready for my 1st overnight
smoke on my brand new wsm :D
I have 2 boneless pork butts and I am a little
nervous :shock:

I hope I have good results as you have had!
anyways nice q nonetheless, have a good labor day 8)

No need to be nervous Reedster. Low and slow. You'll find it that the temps jump around a bit in the first hour and you'll probably need to do so tinkering with the vents early. But once it stablizes the temps will hold rock steady.
