gate's and sons kc mo burnt ends

some time back while visiting kcmo we had some great que at a place called gate's and sons. my favorite was burnt ends. i think it is back flap of a rack of ribs , but hwatever it is it's all meat and cooked to perfection. it was the most flavorful bbq'd meat ever. can any one elaborate

Sorry I can't elaborate, but I can say that I agree with you - the burnt ends is one of my favorites at Gates

We just had it on tuesday... they said it was brisket.
