Bob, Just spent fifteen minutes admiring your smoker pics. What did ya use on your pulled pork, that is if not a guarded secret? Everything looked great from the site, wish I had Emeril's Smell-A-Vision! Will Take anyone elses ideas as well.
Just use the recipe from "How to Grill" page 106 for North Carolina Pulled Pork. It uses Steven's basic BBQ rub (LINK) and a vinegar based mop. BTW if you don’t have “HTG” it’s a great how-to book. A lot of what is on my site is in that cookbook. Almost like a living advertisement.
