If you haven't tried Altons Who Loves ya baby backs in the oven, you are truely missing something. It is a great recovery for a rainy day you can't go out and cook.

The reason our buddy Airfoils is rolling his eyes is that he, like myself and many others (too many if you think about it) are diehard nuts. I could use alot of other adjective to describe us here but you get the point. We look at incliment weather as a chance to test our mettle. So to us there is no such thing as a rain day. You just adjust the heat and the alcohol intake accordingly. But next time we have a tornado or hurricane, I'll give it a shot.
In all seriousness I know there is alot of great BBQ that is produced without flame but not at my house.
