Very nice looking set of ribs....yummmm..

Looks really good. I did ribs myself today and the ones you got just made me hungry again.

what did you stuff the serrano's with & what's the heat index on those? the last couple sets of jalepenos I've gotten have been too hot for the misses(and a few too hot for even me )

Ron,for a guy or dosen't like the Yankees,you sure can fix some good looking grub.Nice job.Did you use the 3-2-1 method on the ribs?I put a boston butt on about 2pm,it was at 180 1/2 hr.ago.Will pull it at 190,for pull pork.While I was turning the meat this evening,the CG.turned over.The ground is so soft with the rain.Yep the whole smoker just fell over .No harm was done.
