Bummer I was going to do the Del one too, but I just ran out of schedule time. Now I wish I had.
My schedule starts next weekend.May 27th: York Jaycee's Chili Cook-off. I'll be doing another shamles plug thread hopefully yet today.

July 8th is Fred Fest. This is a fundraiser event here in York. There are bands and food and drink and a general great day. Not a competition but I'll be there cooking.

The Bel Air BBQ Bash in MD is August 11th and 12th.

Cabelas in PA is August 18th and 19th. Not sure if I'm doing this one yet, Heavy Hauler (my right hand man) really wants to but I don't know if we'll have the support "staff" to pull off this many back to back..

New Holland PA Summerfest is the 25th and 26th.

Kclingers Chili in Hanover PA is Sept. 3rd.

Bass Pro BBQ is tentatively the 16th and 17th of Sept. It's on their website but no entry info yet.
