I actually tried this recipe last night fr dinner. It was great! My wife absolutely flipped!
It is worth buying the book for.
I've yet to be dissapointed with one of Steve's books

It's Tandoori Prawns (Shrimp) from the Barbecue Bible pages 355-356. Aired in "Go Fish", episode 204 from season #2.

All the recipes from the current season are from The Barbecue Bible. I got that strait from Steven himself.
I'd recomend keeping a copy by whatever sofa you watch TV in so you can follow along while you watch the show.
Of course if you tape the show, you can also pause and rewind while you study the book.
