Wally World has 'em for something like 15 bucks or so. K-Mart, BBQ Galore, HD and Lowes, etc.

What I'd like to find in an inline timer. Turn it one way to cook with no time limit and wind it up the other way to clean the grill and then shut off the gas. Maybe it could be incorporated with a gauge.
