I just made up a good marinade. One of those times when I'm just wingin' it.
Really simple - - equal parts dijon mustard, olive oil and honey. I thought about adding a little brown sugar, but then thought the sweetness would be a bit much. Anyway, if you want to whip up something real quick and simple, give it a try. It's really good. I'm grilling some chicken breasts tonight with it.

Turned out pretty good, but I left them on the grill a little too long. Didn't burn too bad, but I've done chicken breasts that were juicier. Sorry, I don't have any pics, as they're in my stomach now. I doubt you'll want pics later, though......
