I just finished smoking your recipe for Clay Bs Red river valley brisket. Ive been telling myself all day that Im going to wait till tomorrow to eat it as Clay suggests, but when it came out it smelled so good I couldnt resist. WOW!! possibly the best beef Ive ever eaten.
If this really get better the next day Im looking forward to tomorrow.
