How do you use it properly?
I just got this grill last year and have never used the rear burner. I have always used indirect heat when useing the rotisserie in the past. Now I have the "rotisserie burner" on the back and would like to try it.
All my manual tells me is that by using the rear burner it will sear the outside of what ever is cooking.
I am looking for recipies, cooking times and most important instructions.
