Hi All,

Looking to smoke two beer can chicken this afternoon for a mother's day crowd. Each are about 4 lbs. I have a Weber 22 in grill.

Anyone have thoughts about doing them at the same time on one grill, both in terms of fit and cooking time?

Thanks!
Mitch

This is just begging for some jokes about doing 2 drunk chicks at the same time.
If it aint broke, Break it!
Then rebuild it better.

sams&clams,
sorry this is too late for your mothers day BBQ. Yes I do 2 chickens most of the time. Thats how they come at Costco'. Make great leftovers! 3-1/2 - 4 lb fit nicely on the 22" weber. I use a full chimney of briquets and pour in two piles. Cook chickens in the center. Time wise varys depending on the temp . I start checking at the 1 hr mark . Thier usually done in 1-1/4 hrs.
Hope this helps. If you did them yesterday, How did the come out?

Tom
