Fish Camp is coming up and I have been given the honor of cooking dinner for 30+ guys. I wanted to rent a pull behind smoker to cook ribs but the only place I can find that has one charges $100 a day to use it. So I think I am going to cook the ribs at home and warm them up there to eat. My question is this: Can you freeze cooked ribs, thaw and reheat them and still have them taste good? If anyone knows where I can rent a trailor smoker around the Tulsa, OK or Mountain Home, AR area that would also help. Thanks
