I saw that episode recently and started drooling. Mmmmmm. I prepared it last week and it is going to go into my list of all time favorites. I did not smoke it like you did. It came out with a nice rich flavorful exterior.........and very moist interior.
That is definitely a great recipe, relatively easy to make but just a tad messy.What I'd love to know is where you got an 8 pounder? Biggest I've seen around here was a 3 pounder. Thanks for sharing the great pics.
