first attempt on pork loin !

Good luck with the cook. I've done that recipe for a dinner party before. The recipe is great. Everyone left with zip-locs. No leftovers for me

But, I did it on my old cheapo smoker and it came out a little drier and more done than I wanted. It may be time to do it again on the CGer!

My son LOVES the Nashville Sweet BBQ sauce that goes with it.

What time should we show up for dinner?

Nice looking roast with a very nice fat cap. Let us know how it goes. Those guys can dry out though so don't over cook it.

Printed out the recipe.... Also, I didn't recognize the recipe 'cause I don't have BBQ USA (yet). I just ordered it from amazon the other day...will be here soon, I hope.

I saw that episode recently and started drooling. Mmmmmm. I prepared it last week and it is going to go into my list of all time favorites. I did not smoke it like you did. It came out with a nice rich flavorful exterior.........and very moist interior.

That is definitely a great recipe, relatively easy to make but just a tad messy.What I'd love to know is where you got an 8 pounder? Biggest I've seen around here was a 3 pounder. Thanks for sharing the great pics.
