Have a Smokin’ “Fat Tuesday”Today, of course, is Mardi Gras, aka “Fat Tuesday.” The epicenter of the celebration in the U.S. is New Orleans. And for the life of me, I can’t understand why this food-obsessed town doesn’t seem to include a single grilled or barbecued dish in its repertoire of holiday-appropriate menus.
