Got it and love just sitting and reading it like a novel. Take a few tips from it to experiment. Always like trying something new. Thanks, Ritch

It's all down hill from there Ritch. Once you add How To Grill, Sauces Rubs and Marinades (the most used in my house) and BBQ USA then you'll really be on overload!

I agree completely. In my house...the Barbecue Bible is referred to as "the good book". I look up what I need, close the book and say..."let us cook".

The other books you mentioned are on my Christmas wish list this year.

Another welcome, Freelander! Glad you've joined us.

You won't be disappointed with those books you have on your wish list. So far, I've managed to get

BBQ Bible
BBQ USA
How to Grill
Indoor Grilling
Rubs, Spices, and Marinades
Beer Can Chicken

My wish list has the rest of them on it. One day, I hope to have them all. :)

Again, welcome!

Thanks guys. I'm not online at home, so you won't see much of me on here over the weekends.

My wife actually got me the BBQ Bible for my birthday....and she says it was the most rewarding gift she ever got me, as she enjoys the fruits of my labors. I feel quite confident that at least one of the other books will be under the tree for me again this year.
