Thought some of you might be interested in this surf and turf I did over the weekend. Smoked the lobster with a little apple wood the day before grilling the whole thing.

Served it topped with guava cherry sauce and a side of ancho bock beer smashers.

Very impressive Spfranz!
I love the idea of stuffing lobster into the filet. I will defiantly try it soon.

That's quite a meal, looks very delicious and impressive. I'm making a point of printing it for future use. Surf and Turf...it doesn't get any better than that. Thanks. :)
