I am hosting a pig roast this summer and was wondering if anyone would mind sharing there tips on the subjest. The pig is approximately 100 lbs. and I was looking for marinades or rubs and such. The help would be greately appreciated. Thanks. Misty

Welcome to the board. There's a lot of good info here. I might add that Steven's books, "How To Grill" and "Barbecue USA" are great resources for a pig roast. Hope you enjoy it here, and look forward to reading about that pig roast. Good Luck. :D
