Hey Bob, I thought I had it bad with Ky clay dirt, WOW. :D That food looked killer man, I need to smoke some ribs and butts this next weekend. How do beans taste out of the smoker? I would imagine awesome, but I have never tried them.

Hey Ritch, how'd you make out from Rita?

Home fine, Gator facility fine. Only had downed power line behind my shop but it wasn't mine, luckily. We got so little rain, that I had to turn the sprinklers on Saturday. I am not disappointed. Unfortunately, our luck here in Houston wasn't so lucky for East Texas and Louisiana. Thanks for asking. Ritch
