Ribs on the Weber Suggestion

Hi

I want to try Ribs this weekend on my Weber and wanted some suggestions. Should I get a rib rack or not? What would be a good first Rib on the Q recipie?

I can not belive that after all these years I have never tried to do Ribs one of the few things I have not tried to Barbecue

1) Yes
2)Babybacks!
3)be sure and wrap them in foil when meat starts pulling back from the bone, maybe even sooner. Also put a water pan under it half- 3/4 full. You can fill it with apple juice or cider or beer if you want although I just use water. Charcoal rails should be set to allow for the water pan. You can get foil water/drip Weber pans or some grocery stores have them but the cheaper ones can sometimes burn through. If you get heavier ones, you can often clean them and reuse them.

Are you talking about a 22 1/2" kettle or something else? Do you have How To Grill?
