When I lived in Hawaii we used to have adobo chicken quite often down at the beach. Was wondering if anyone here had a favorite recipe they'd like to share.

A friend at work recently told me about a spice company called the Spice House. They have nice quality spices at good prices. They offer a couple of different Adobo seasoning blends. http://www.thespicehouse.com/product/product_17.php
I imagine they would also have some good recipes. They are adding a recipe section to their website soon.
