Here in the UK, BBQ is generally frozen burgers and cheap sausages.
2 years ago I bought a 4 burner Beefmaster BBQ and decided to get grillin. I soon learned that I needed to use the indirect heat method to cook the things I was really interested in, .... so.... I bought another 4 burner and adapted it.
I now have all Stevens books and have also got my best friend into the art of BBQ too..
