Quesadillas

I made quesadillas on my Weber. Got the idea from the book HTG. It was great, definetly worth trying. Crunchy tortilla, and cheesy goodness.

It's hard to beat the simple - yet effective flavor of grilled quesadillas. I have made the quesadillas from HTG a few times and I must say that I love em!
