Big Heavy in Action

Here's the weekends activities.
I broke out the Heavy and filled her up.

5 ea 10lb hams using Bob's injection glaze
1 Turkey Breast marinated in a butter herb
3 Racks of babybacks
2 ea 10 lb picnic shoulders
2 ea 5 lb brisket flats
5 lb chicken breasts in an asian theme
20 or so Sweet Italian sausages




and here's two from Memorial day.




Next up we'll see how many burgers and dogs we can fit on her on Friday!
