Stevens Memphis Ribs

Just got done eating that recipe form BBQ USA. WOW Man they were great! Very close to my favorite ever. Even the wife loved 'em as well as the kids. Makes you feel good, ya know. Love the books Mr Raichlen. Look forward to buying more.

Those Memphis Ribs are among my favorites. We might have the same wife and kids, mine loved them too. I made plenty of rub to store and use on a whim - good stuff.

I made some last week and these were so good. I will be making more again soon.
