You gotta try this. Over the hoildays I smoked many boston butts, ribs, turkeys, hams and deep fried turkeys and turkey breast for customers and friends, Yesterday on a whim I took a center cut boneless pork loin. Injected it with marinades, put a rub on it, then deep fried it like a turkey breast. Cooked it about 10 minutes oer pound. As Andy would have said...great jumpin gosh a mighty. To everyone north of Tenn. That means man was it good. Very tasty and moist. Then I fixed one and stuffed it with a shrimp dressing and fried it. Shoot fire :) Even better

There was a previous post with a recipe for this and I tried it after Christmas and it was different, but very good!
