I'll pay to have the skirt steak shipped in cold ice to me :D

I decided to add to my list a lodge cast iron grilling surface.

My wish list includes:

BBQ light
Rotesserie attachment for 22" Weber
Another chimney starter
some kind of Rubbermaid tote (for all BBQ utensils,Rib racks, skewers, and etc)

I know it's pretty close to Christmas to be just posting, but I've been dropping hints for quite awhile now!

I thought that if we were bad, we were suppose to get charcoal? I guess that you only get it if you don't want it.

Since charcoal is a reward for someone who likes BBQ, then if your bad, you'd probably get an electric skillet that doesn't work instead.

No, a George Foreman heated food press would be the most evil gift of all.

I would agree, a George Forman grill -- heated food press -- would be the worst. Some one gave us one, we used it once, and gave it to Goodwill.

The George Foreman grill would be for someone really bad!! I can't believe the price of those things. GF is making more money selling grills than he did while he was a boxer . :o

I went to the store last evening and bought a few things that I didn't get for Christmas;

a new grill brush
two chimney starters
a second set of 16" tongs
a reversible rib/roast rack
a 2 cu. ft. bag of hickory
and a 2 cu. ft. bag of pecan

I've not used pecan before so I will be trying it this weekend. I haven't located apple wood in the local area yet, but I will!!! :D
