Man that's looks great I love the smoke stack, is that a charcoal starter on the grill in the second picture. If so that thing is huge how much charcoal does it hold?

Who made the smoker? Man it looks great. Love the burgers on the firebox - How were they?

Congratulations Smokey. She is very nice. Could I ask how pricey? I'm trying to decide whether I want to make an investment in some top notch gear, or stay basic for a while longer until I get better.

Ahhh, 1/4 inch is the way to go! Otherwise you will get a real workout trying to maintain a steady temp, from what I understand. Good for you! She's a beauty.
