Mmmm...ham. :lol:

Country ham is pretty much unheard of here in the upper Midwest and I've never had it, so I'd like to get my hands on some one day. I'll probably have to travel to do so.

I'm doing a pork butt on Sunday so ham won't be on the table for the holiday, but a lot of stores will have them on sale to move inventory so I'll pick one up and put it in the freezer for later this summer. It's been a long time since I grilled a ham so I'm due!

hi chicken if you have never had country ham i suggest that you find some slices and try it before buyin g a hole country ham its very salty. you can usuley find small packages near the meat dept. try it first not everyone likes it

Are you using a standard cure or did you add some flavors?

I used the LEM brown sugar cure kit
