Hope to have the patio clear of snow & ice this week so I can make it to the BGE. Mean while i have been busy in the kitchen.
Made some beef short ribs while our son is home for spring break.
Getting everything ready..
Brown up the meat and sauté the veggies:
Add the liquids and get the meat back in for it oven bath.
3 hours later, we are ready for plating, rested them on a beg of Garlic Mashed..
