Hope to have the patio clear of snow & ice this week so I can make it to the BGE. Mean while i have been busy in the kitchen.

Made some beef short ribs while our son is home for spring break.

Getting everything ready..

Brown up the meat and sauté the veggies:

Add the liquids and get the meat back in for it oven bath.

3 hours later, we are ready for plating, rested them on a beg of Garlic Mashed..

The were perfect (for me anyway), fell apart when you pulled the fork through them.

Beef Short Ribs is one dish I still haven't attempted. Yours look awesome and have me wanting to try them out!

Thanks Guys, it's one of those, not hard to make recipes that always come out awesome.

@Dyal, don't hesitate you'll be glad you did.

@BC, Thats a great i sea, I did use what little was left and made some short rib tacos.. YUM!
