Been busy just like Dying_Sc, but here are some of my more recent cooks.
Herb and Garlic Lamb Chops
Dizzy Pig's new Bayouish on some Red Snapper -cast iron skillet at 650F
A little bacon cheeseburger
[Chicken a la King using leftover spatchcocked chicken done on the Egg
Grilled chicken Caesar Salad (chicken and romaine both done on the grill) home made dressing
And some home made bacon and smoked cheese using the A-Maze-N smoker
So...yeah...that pretty much catches me up for the winter season I think.
