Nice work as usual, Z, and the photos look even better on my new monitor!

What sort of flavor do chicken hearts have? Are they fairly mild by themselves?

Mrs. Chicken had to work so I didn't do any cooking and was asleep by 9:30 that night, but I'm making up for it yesterday and today.

Wow Z great photo's looks like you're ready to open a Brazilian steak house with that rig!!!

Also, I noticed the green grass in the background, is that before the storms it did it miss you where you live?

Everything looks fabulous, Z! In addition to the food I really like those extra-wide skewers. Where did you pick them up?
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.

Wow, nice touch with the chicken hearts! I've been telling myself for years that I need to pick up some of SR's flat skewers, but I still haven't pulled the trigger. Nicely done, BBcue-Z!
