Clucker Dust is the newest product from Sucklebusters that just started shipping last week. Of course I had to get my order in quick. I tested it out on some chicken quarters and wwhoooowheeeee it was GUD! I can't wait to figure out my next cook with it! GetchaSUM!

It was crispy, SC. I indirect grill my chicken around 375 degrees. 50 minutes or so and it is done - crispy skin and all. :wink:
