Out to dinner on Tuesday and kid had Greek Salad. Put some of the Feta and a dinner roll in a to go container and brought home. I grilled chicken legs and thighs last night. Just slice that leftover roll, pulled a chicken thigh, crumbled feta over, jalapenos-pickles-and celery from that "mother jar" I talked about a few weeks ago, healthy dose of Garland Jack's Secret Six. Under broiler for a couple minutes. Enjoying as I type this.
