Really! Meet author Edward Lee who fuses Korean cuisine & Southern BBQ in his cool new book, Smoke & Pickles. One creation that caught my eye: pulled lamb. Recipe here: [url]http://barbecuebible.com/2013/07/30/a-handful-of-smoke-pickles/#.Uf04ZhY5ulI

All over Smoke and Pickles. On my list of books to get.
Steve, you may have seen a long private, that I thought was going to the forum, a night or two ago, about my canning experience and pickling experiments.
The gypsy's in the Famous Dave's are now totally gone. Brine is now back in back of frige waiting it's fate. Made the mistake of popping a whole handful of the pistachios in my mouth a little while ago ... I've had hotter, but ...
No chocolate milk shake and a half to help me out. As I shut down and go to bed, there is one more pistachio left for me tonight.
