Good morning everyone! I'm in Portland, Oregon this morning (more on that in another blog), but I'm thinking about ribs. Spice crusted baby backs from Memphis and smoky spareribs from Kansas City. Humongous beef ribs from Texas, and, yes, New York City. What ribs get YOUR gastric juices flowing? Check out the new blog and tell us where else we should be eating!

Yes - excellent articles, Steven! I think I'll pick some ribs up for the July 1 (Canada Day) long weekend. :D

I think oven-roasting with sauerkraut might still be the most popular way to cook pork ribs here but there are places that serve ribs in the KC/StL style. Good luck finding beef ribs, though.
