It's been a while since we made a pizza on the Egg, I told the wife pick the toppings. She went with Pesto and Sun dried tomatoes:

Made sure the cheese was nice and brown in spots:

Serving up two slices on some fine china :drunk:, really good stuff:

Very nice! Was the edge as pillowy as it looks?

Looks great bud! Do you make your own dough? If so what's the recipe?

I usually just pick mine up at a store nearby here to save time but every now and then I crave homemade dough.

That's guys...

@SC - yes, it's amazing how you can get Pizza shop quality crust with the egg, and I dunno about you, but I'm a crust guy.

@Eddie - I buy it, the local Wegman's makes a nice dough and I think it's under $2, just so easy that way.

Well, the crust and the toppings are both important but if I had to choose I'd say it's the crust that makes the difference!

+1. That crust looks so puffy it should be labeled "Simmons Beautyrest".
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.
