You can find this recipe in Steven Raichlen's Bold and Healthy Flavors. I've made it a few times now. Definitely one of my favorites.

My wife and I use ground venison for everything. Last night we had deer tacos that were drizzled with the Salsa Verde. Good stuff and it hit the spot.

I just re-read that book for ideas. I liked the looks of that too. Not sure what to put it on though... maybe some chicken or flank steak. Tortilla bad juju. :shock: :lol: :lol:

That salsa looks and tastes way better than the stuff in a jar or can, Dyal. Never seen it on a venison taco before, thoguh, so that's a big bonus. :cheers:

I think I've seen Steven do this exact recipe on Primal Grill, too, and I think that's where I got it from. It's a really great recipe, and really simple to make.
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.

I used the rest of it to go with a big bag of Tostitos. :)
